Welcome, explorers of Europe!
In our latest project, we ventured into the frigid Baltic night winds, this time in Kaunas, Lithuania. We had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in a truly breathtaking experience through Artificial Intelligence and how it is changing our lives in our generation. We explored how we can adapt it for everyday use as young workers, perhaps even as assistants, and how it can help us identify the risks associated with its use.

“Youth Work in AI ERA”: Improving Youth Work with AI
During this project, we have enjoyed an international experience of cooperation, harmony, and teamwork where the best part has not been the activities themselves, but the positive atmosphere throughout the project and the friendly and fun collaboration in carrying out the tasks.
Training Course.
During this exchange from March 16th to 25th, all kinds of experiences, learning opportunities, and friendships have occurred along the way as we learned about the ethical, optimal, and accessible use of AI.
A window to Europe: A network for the future: Within the mobility itself, it has not only been 9 days of non-stop activities and stimulating and fun workshops, we have also been able to create a networking network among our associations, from which we can create a collaborative network among European youth that will help us create a more inclusive and collaborative future together among those who carry the torch of European society and values.
Ethical use of AI, a dilemma of our era
During our time in Kaunas, we witnessed one of the major challenges posed by the integration of AI: its ethical and non-harmful use, both in terms of protecting people’s privacy and the morality of its application. Furthermore, through activities and the participation of professionals with extensive experience in youth work and the implementation of Artificial Intelligence, we were encouraged to learn how to combat the creation of fake news and hoaxes, much of which are generated using AI with a sophisticated array of tricks and methods.

An unprecedented intercultural experience
Throughout all the learning during the mobility period, if anything stood out, it was the intercultural nature of the entire project and the consistently international atmosphere. In addition to the Spanish team, we had Bulgarians, North Macedonians, Greeks, Cypriots, Romanians, and Lithuanians with us. During the intercultural evening, we were fortunate enough to have the opportunity for total immersion in their culture through traditional dances and excellent cuisine, where everyone enjoyed everything they had to offer. reíamos y We shared things from our countries.
Future Perspective and Conclussion:
After this unforgettable experience, the knowledge acquired will be optimally used in our own work as youth workers, such as distinguishing between hoaxes, using artificial intelligence efficiently, but above all, gaining an unprecedented multicultural and international experience! Thanks to funding from the European Union, young people can enjoy these experiences and create a more aware, inclusive, and cooperative youth society that will carry the torch for the future of the continent.
